McKinley Law Group, LLC

Thank you for visiting our Website!

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to do just this. I love helping people protect their families and their assets. I love knowing that if an unexpected event takes place, we can have a plan in place and available so the people they love are authorized to take care of them, their family and their assets: I am an elder law attorney because I love helping protect families.

While McKinley Law Group offers services in several areas of the law, Elder Law is our primary focus.

Planning for the future allows my clients peace of mind in knowing that they have made preparations for their future: whether they become disabled, require skilled nursing care, or at the time of their death, their assets are protected to ensure the care they need will be provided and their families will not have to struggle with unnecessary issues. Together, we have put a plan in place to allow these matters to be handled both effectively and efficiently.

I desire to aid the elder community in preserving and protecting what is already theirs as well as giving them the aid and advice they need in getting their rightfully earned benefits, whether it be VA benefits, Medicaid benefits, compensation for losses due to an injury or accident, or enforcement of a Business contract. I strive to get my clients all that they deserve.

On a daily basis, I work with individuals to create estate plans which may include, powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and other documents in preservation of assets and long-term care planning. I also stand side-by-side with my clients in obtaining those benefits mentioned above. I don’t consider this work, instead, I consider it an honor bestowed upon me allowing me the opportunity to make my clients’ lives better!

As I have a family of my own, and would do anything within my power to protect them, I know that my clients feel the same. My own grand-parents are in their late-70’s, and I would not allow anything to happen to what they have worked for. This being said, I will give this same dedication to you.

There is no better time to plan for your future than now. It would be an honor to help you and your family organize your plan in providing for a brighter tomorrow. A plan to ensure that you and your family are taken care of in future endeavors.

YOUR plan today will make YOUR tomorrow less stressful.

The Chamber Center

Believe it or not, you have an estate. In fact, everyone does. Your estate is comprised of everything you own: your car, home, other real estate, checking and savings accounts, investments, life insurance, furniture, personal possessions.

McKinley Law Group is familiar with Medicaid benefits and can assist families struggling to pay for a loved one’s long-term nursing home expenses and preserve assets.

Whether you are just getting started, or your business has grown to the point where you feel it would be prudent to have an attorney in your corner, McKinley Law Group can help!

What is Elder Law?

A specialized area of legal practice, covering estate planning, wills, trusts, arrangements for care, social security and retirement benefits, protection against elder abuse (physical, emotional and financial), and other matters involving older people.

Life Care

Life Care Financial Planning is unlike the traditional “Money Magazine”-style financial planning where you buy a home, raise your children, plan four years of college education and retirement.

Placing an elderly loved one in a nursing home or assisted living facility can be a heart-wrenching decision. Millions of families each year have to consider placing a parent or grandparent in a facility where their medical needs and day-to-day living needs can be met.

When a devastating injury or death occurs, having counsel that you trust can make all the difference.
